Terms of service

These terms govern access to Confluxis. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Tell support@confluxis.app promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Service and access review
Confluxis provides commerce profitability analytics and related tools. New workspaces may be reviewed before activation, and an application does not guarantee acceptance. Reports are operational information, not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.
Connected services and data
You authorize Confluxis to access the third-party accounts and data you choose to connect. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that data. Third-party availability, terms and data quality may affect service results.
Orders, plans and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected service. An order is accepted when Stripe confirms payment and Confluxis confirms or activates the relevant access. We may reject or reverse an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, sanctions restriction, technical failure or unavailable service, and will return any amount collected where appropriate.
Plans, billing and taxes
Paid plans renew automatically on the selected monthly or annual cycle until cancelled. Prices and billing currency are shown before checkout and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You authorize Stripe to charge the chosen payment method, including applicable taxes. Failed, reversed or disputed payments may suspend paid access while the matter is resolved.
AI credits and top-ups
AI credits measure access to eligible AI features. They are a limited, revocable service entitlement—not money or stored value—and cannot be transferred, resold or redeemed for cash. Monthly credit bundles renew and refresh each billing cycle until cancelled. One-time top-ups do not renew and require an active Confluxis account. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused credits, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Cancellation and refunds
You may manage or cancel a recurring plan through the secure Stripe customer portal before its next renewal. Cancellation normally prevents future renewals and access continues through the current paid period. It does not delete the account. Refund eligibility and processing are described in the Refund Policy; mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
AI-assisted outputs
AI-assisted explanations, classifications and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for financial, operational, tax and commercial decisions made using them. Confluxis does not provide accounting, legal, tax or investment advice.
Acceptable use
You may not access data without authority, bypass security or usage controls, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, upload unlawful or malicious material, resell access without permission, or use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
Ownership and feedback
Confluxis and its licensors retain rights in the service, software and branding. You retain rights in your data and grant Confluxis the limited permission needed to process it for the service. Feedback may be used to improve Confluxis without obligation.
Availability, warranties and liability
We aim to provide a dependable service, but integrations, third-party data, forecasts and availability may change or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and Confluxis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue or loss caused by unauthorised use of an account. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Suspension, termination and changes
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time. Terms may be updated for legal, security or product reasons; material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
Electronic communications and entire agreement
You agree that account, verification, billing, security and service notices may be provided electronically. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the order shown at checkout form the agreement for the service and replace earlier statements about the same subject. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
